Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS (within the United States)

All orders will be processed within 5 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

Once processed, orders are shipped from California via United States Postal Service and are generally received within 2 to 5 business days. 

Emerald Herb Co is not responsible for conditions beyond our control such as service interruptions or lost / stolen / damaged packages. Therefore, Navidium Package Protection is recommended and will automatically be selected at checkout to protect your order.

We currently do not ship to the following states due to legislation: Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont

We do not ship outside of the United States
